Arteriografía renal en el hipertenso. Análisis de 432 estudios
Abstract
Se analizan los resultados obtenidos en el estudio de la angiografía renal realizada por el método de Seldinger en 432 pacientes hipertensos. Se demuestra que la angiografía renal evidenció alteraciones vasculares o parenquimaíosas en el 41,9% de los pacientes estudiados. Se recomienda practicar la angiografía renal en los pacientes hipertensos que presenten renograma unilateral alterado: pie'ograma minutado alterado; en pacientes hipertensos moderados y graves que no ceden al tratamiento médico; y en aquéllos que presentan soplos abdominales o en regiones lumbares. Se concluye que con la aplicación de la angiografía renal por el método de Seldinger, el registro de las complicaciones es muy bajo.Downloads
