Estudio de la hipertensión arterial en un área de salud
Abstract
Se realiza una encuesta en el sector No. 3 del policlínico integral “Rodolfo Ramírez Ezquivel", para detectar los pacientes portadores de hipertensión arterial y posteriormente mantener una vigilancia de los mismos. Se confeccionó una planilla de encuesta donde se investigaron los factores sociolaborales y hábitos de vida, los cuales se correlacionan con otras enfermedades como la diabetes, afecciones coronarias, asma bronquial y aceraciones emocionales. Se investigaron 162 viviendas, 4 centros de trabajo, 7 unidades de servicio, 1 albergue y 1 escuela, mediante una muestra estratificada que toma en consideración las diferentes características socioeconómicas y representativa de la composición de dicha área. Se evidenció que el 12% de la población estudiada padecía de HTA, la cual predominó en pacientes del sexo femenino, asociada en un 19% a afecciones coronarias, en un 11% a diabetes mellitus y en un 3% a ambas.Downloads
