La gastroscopia como medio auxiliar de diagnóstico en la práctica médica diaria
Abstract
Se escogen 13 casos interesantes de 300 gastroscopias, y se hace una correlación clínica, radiológica y endoscópica, así como la comprobación anatomopatológica. Se hace énfasis en la obtención de una buena historia clínica, un estudio radiológico minucioso y endos- cóplco, con la idea de evitar la mayor cantidad posible de errores diagnósticos.Downloads
