Síndrome de Budd-Chiari como complicación de la hemoglobinuria paroxística nocturna
Abstract
Se describe el caso de un paciente portador de la asociación de hemoglobinuria paroxística nocturna (HPN) y síndrome de Budd-Chiari (SBCH). Se plantean las formas de evolución del SBCH y se mencionan los casos de pacientes con esta asociación, informados en la literatura médica. Se comentan los distintos mecanismos capaces de favorecer los fenómenos trombóticos en la HPN, y se discute la posibilidad de la existencia de una deficiencia relativa del sistema fibrinolítico en el enfermo objeto de nuestro estudio.Downloads
