Diagnóstico radioisotópico de las atrofias cerebelosas
Abstract
Se señalan los resultados obtenidos con la gammacisternografía en el estudio de 6 enfermos portadores de atrofia cerebelosa, de una serie de 44 casos. Se apuntan como signos radioisotópicos de atrofia cerebelosa: la difusión precoz al espacio subaracnoideo cerebeloso, estasis en esa región de los radiofármacos a las 24 y 48 horas, persistencia de la radiactividad en cisternas magna y supracerebelosa en los registros de 24 y 48 horas y difusión ventricular del trazador con aclaramiento antes de las 24 horas.Downloads
