El tiempo de profrombina como prueba funcional hepática
Abstract
Se estudia el tiempo de protrombina en 177 hepatopatias diversas, y se observa el com- porfamiente de |qs factores II, V, VII, y X en cada una de ellas. Se establece el parámetro de 17 segundes come límite máximo de tiempo aceptable (con un control de 13) para pu^orizar una bjopsja t^epátlGa, aunque esto no significa que no puedan presentarse fené> menos hemqrráglGoa cen tiempos menores, ya que otros factores (plasmáticos, plaque,, tarios y vasculares) pueden Intervenir en la génesis de un sangramlento por hepatopatía, Los autores consideran que el tiempo de protrombina constituye una excelente prueba funcional hepática cuando se le Interpreta adecuadamente por Internistas y laboratoristas.Downloads
