Cambios del cariotipo en la linfogranulomatosis

Abstract

Se analizó el cariotipo en células de ganglios de 27 pacientes portadores de enfermedad de Hodklng, de las cuales sólo cinco presentaron suficiente número de células anormales para hacer estudio estadístico. Se realizó el cariotipo a 10 células anormales en la región trltetraploide de un total de 7 pacientes, de los cuales sólo uno había recibido tratamiento previo. Se observó que las células aneuploides en los ganglios de estos pacientes tenían alteraciones en el cariotipo, y muy raramente se encontraron cariotipos idénticos en el mismo ganglio y en células de igual ploidía. Las pérdidas cromosómicas más frecuentes fueron observadas en los grupos D y G, así como aparición de cromosomas marcadores en casi todos los casos. También, como dato interesante, se destaca que células aneu-ploides anormales en ganglio de pacientes portadores de esta enfermedad, tienen semejanza con las células de tumores en etapas avanzadas.
