Estudio de los valores normales de 17-oxicorticosteroides en Oriente Norte
Abstract
Se describe el método de Porter-Silver, modificado por M. F. Krejova, para la determinación de los 17-oxicorticosteroides urinarios. Los datos obtenidos se compararon con los valores de esta determinación en embarazadas normales y toxémicas, así como en pacientes quemados y en la enfermedad de Addison. Consideramos importante utilizar el método descrito para el diagnóstico de diferentes estados patológicos.Downloads
