Diabetes insípida
Abstract
Se revisan criterios etíológicos, clínicos, de diagnóstico, evolutivos, y de tratamiento de la diabetes insípida, debido al diagnóstico de dicha entidad en una paciente ingresada en nuestro servicio. Se revisan las historias clínicas de 10 pacientes diagnosticados de diabetes insípida, y que son las únicas encontradas en el archivo del hospital “Gral. Calixto García". Se revisan las cinco historias clínicas que aparecen en el archivo de nuestro hospital, cerradas con diagnóstico de craneofaríngíoma, y que pertenecían a pacientes a quienes no se les pudo diagnosticar diabetes ínsípida. En la literatura médica se publican casos de diabetes insípida secundaria a craneofaringioma.Downloads
