Necrolisis epidérmica tóxica. Presentación de un caso.
Abstract
Fue Alan Lyell quien en 1956 describió por primera vez una afección, observada en cuatro pacientes, que se asemejaba a una quemadura, y a la cual denominó Necrolisis Epidérmica Tóxica; sin embargo, parece que con anterioridad Ruskin (1948) dio a la publicidad un cuadro clínico, similar producido por la metilfeniletil hidantoina (Mesantoína) y empleando simplemente la denominación de “Dermatitis ampollar fulminante”; en igual sentido citaremos el caso reportado por Jaeger (1951), debido a las sales de oro, y el de Degos y colaboradores, el cual padecía al mismo tiempo de una leucemia monocítica subaguda.Downloads
