Estudio morfológico e histoquímico de la membrana pelúcida del óvulo de ratas parotidectomizadas

Abstract

Se realiza un estudio para el que se utilizaron 40 ratas oreviamente testadas y comprobada su fertilidad, de una edad aproximada de 120 días. Se confeccionaron dos grupos: uno. compuesto por ratas a las que se les extirparon las glándulas parótidas tparotidec- tomizadas) después de ser anestesiadas con éter sulfúrico; el otro, compuesto por ratas que también fueron anestesiadas con el mismo anestésico, pero a las que sus glándulas se les mantuvieron expuestas y manipuladas con una pinza. Este estudio tuvo como finalidad analizar la morfología e histoquímica de la zona pelúcida del óvulo de ratas. Se describen los distintos aspectos del método utilizado para realizar dicho estudio, así como los resultados obtenidos en ambos grupos de animales.
