Drenaje biliar: Su importancia en el diagnóstico de las afecciones parasitarias e infecciosas del tracto digestivo superior
Abstract
Se analiza el resultado de 600 drenajes biliares realizados en el servicio de gastroentero^ logia del hospital militar central "Dr. Luis Díaz Soto", y se destaca el valor práctico de pste método diagnóstico, tanto en pacientes adultos como en niños, ya que mediante el mismo se detecta en ambos grupos, un alto porcentaje de parasitismo, especialmente en niños, asi como signos de Infección de las vías billares. Se da a conocer una modU ficación a la técnica habitual, que consiste en suprimir la administración de antlespas- módleos previos, con lo que se obtienen también resultados satisfactorios. Se insiste en el empleo sistemático de este procedimiento diagnóstico en pacientes adultos portadores de trastornos digestivos altos, así como también en niños portadores de síndromes dolorosos abdominales recurrentes.Downloads
