Aneurisma por fístula arteriovenosa pulmonar. Informe de un caso
Abstract
Se presenta el caso de un paciente a quien se diagnostica un aneurisma ñor fístula arterio- venosa del pulmón, entidad nosológica poco usual, según informes registrados en la literatura médica mundial La forma clínica del comienzo, fue con esputos hemontoiros nue. en un naciente ¡oven, pueden confundirse con tuberculosis pulmonar, cardiópata mítral v otras enfer-medades con una presentación similar. La imagen radiológica puede también hacer sospechar que se trata de un proceso neoformativo pulmonar. Pudo establecerse el diagnóstico a través de un buen examen físico, el fonocardiograma y el angiocardiosrama. Se destacan los cambios hemodinámicos que aparecieron en el paciente. Se señalan también los signos físicos imno’-tantp». tales como: la cianosis generalizada, hipocratismo de los dedos y presencia del sonlo torácico extrarardiaco que en gran manera contribuyeron a sospechar el diaanóstico. Se r“ilÍ7' tratimiento quirúrgico en este paciente, como está recomendado, y se obtuvieron resultados favorables.Downloads
