Hipertension arterial y riñón. Análisis clínico y patológico angioesclerosis renal benigna

Abstract

Se realiza un estudio clinico y patológico en 32 pacientes portadores de hipertensión arterial no maligna de distintos grados y etiologias y 9 biopsias renales de pacientes normotensos. Todos los pacientes del estudio son menores de 45 anos. Se relacionan cifras tensionales, angioesclerosis benigna, funcion renal, proteinuria y hematuria, y se encuentra alta frecuencia de ne- froangioesclerosis benigna en el curso de la hipertension de cualquier etiologia y la relacion entre disminucion de la funcion renal y el grado de nefroangioesclerosis en la hipertension esencial no maligna.
