Hemoperitoneo agudo como inicio clinico de un carcinoma hepático. Diagnóstico laparoscópico
Abstract
Se hace una revisión sucinta de la incidencia del carcinoma primario del hígado en distintos grupos étnicos, y la frecuencia del hemoperitoneo como complicación de estos tumores. Se reportan cinco casos de hemoperitoneo agudo diagnosticados por laparoscopia en tres de los cuales se vió el tumor sangrante. De los cincos pacientes, tres pertenecian a la raza amarilla, lo cual da un porcentaje racial muy alto, dado lo relalivamcnte escaso de esta poblacion en nuestro pais. Todos los casos pertenecian al sexo masculino. Cuatro pacientes fallecieron y uno fue dado de alta. El diagnóstico anatomopatológico fue de tres hepatocarcinomas y dos colangiocarcinomas. Todos fueron intervenidos quirurgicamente y se les realizo taponamiento con zimospuma o sutura del orificio del tumor sangrante como medio paliativo de urgencia.Downloads
