Quemaduras de los dedos de las manos por trastornos psiquiátricos. Un interesante caso
Abstract
Se presenta un trabajo donde se exponen los aspactos psiquiátricos de una paciente portadora de un Bouffe delirante, la cual sufre intensas quemaduras de los dedos de las manos cumpliendo ordenes alucinatorias; se describe la técnica utilizada en este tipo de lesión. Se plantea ]as. ventajas de dicha técnica, asi como la conveniencia de los tratamientos quirúrgicos y psiquiátricos. En la secuencia de fotos se aprecia el daño producido en los dedos de ambas manos por la acción del fuego, parte del proceso quirúrgico y de las actividades realizadas por la paciente, la que muestra recuperacion funcional.Downloads
