Tratamiento de la diabetes de grandes oscilaciones diabéticas
Abstract
Se plantea que la diabetes de grandes oscilaciones glicémicas se nos presenta con el cuadro clínico de una diabetes lábil o insulina independiente, que es verdadera. La diabetes de grandes oscilaciones glicémicas se puede incluir en el grupo de las llamadas diabetes de mal control o control desfavorable. Se plantea que el factor psicosomático y el stress constituyen unas de las causas mas frecuentes da este tipo de diabetes, asi como que estos desordenes psicomáticos, cuando no sean del tipo psicótico, deben ser tratados en el paciente por el médico que atiende su diabetes.Downloads
