Inmunofluorescencia en el diagnóstico de la brucelosis método directo
Abstract
Para dar la gran importancia diagnóstica de la inmunofluorescencia como método rápido y seguro de poder verificar la presencia de un determinado agente etiológico y las respuestas inmunológicas producidas por éste en el organismo, es que decidimos a ensayar este método. Este trabajo recoge los pasos seguidos y sus resultados por el método directo de inmunofluorescencia, dejando para publicaciones posteriores los resultados obtenidos por el método indirecto.Downloads
