Tuberculosis diseminada. Estudio de 17 casos y revisión de la literatura
Abstract
Se analizan 17 casos fallecidos de tuberculosis diseminada ingresados en los últimos años en los Hospitales Generales Docentes del país. Como podrá verse, el porcentaje de diagnóstico pre-mortem fue mu y bajo, y en algunos casos, el uso aislado de corticoesteroides contribuyó o fue la causa de la muerte. Conjuntamente, se aportan datos de interés para la clínica y el diagnóstico, se revisa la literatura a nuestro alcance, y se realiza un análisis conceptual en cuanto a no-menclatura y clasificación'.Downloads
