La artritis reumatoide a la luz de los conocimientos actuales y su tratamiento
Abstract
El autor expone el concepto actual de la artritis reunialoide señalando las teorías que actualmente la explican. La patogenia se expone de una manera sencilla. La identificación de la enfermedad, así como los signos y síntomas por los cuales se manifiesta son expuestos en el trabajo. Se incluyen también los criterios diagnósticos de la artritis reumatoide juvenil. Esta es una forma clínica con curso a veces análogo a la del adulto, pero existen una serie de ca-racterísticas que la individualizan. Con-sideramos que se aportan los datos nece-sarios para el diagnóstico. Se señalan los tratamientos en uso, así como la próxima utilización de fármacos que se pueden considerar en fase experimental.Downloads
