Epidermodisplasia verruciforme. Presentación de una paciente

Abstract

Esta rara dermatosis, poco vista en nuestro país, se caracteriza por presentar unas lesiones verrucosas, de diferentes tamaños, predominando en la cara, cuello, dorso de las manos y en los pies. Se acompañan de pigmentaciones tipo léntigo y de un prurito severo. También se presentan alteraciones dentales, un- guales y queratosis palmares. Se han reportado lesiones en los labios y uretra,2 en algunos pacientes también se han observado alopecias asociadas, así corno lesiones hulosas y estados ictiosiformes.
