Abstract

Como sabemos, el Mycobacterium leprae dista mucho de haber cumplido los postulados de Koch, si bien su especificidad como agente causal de la lepra es algo universalmente aceptado. La faceta del problema constituida por la transmisión experimental al animal continúa siendo el motivo de numerosos trabajos en diferentes centros científicos, y de ello apenas podemos dar una somera información.
