Abstract
Existe una mezcla de ácidos grasos sa-turados e insaturados en la parte suponi- ficable de la fracción grasa presente en los restos de la industria azucarera cubana, habiéndose aislado e identificado, hasta ahora, los ácidos: caproico, caprílico, cáprico, láurico, mirístieo, palmítico, esteárico, oleico, linoleico y linolénico mediante la cromatografía en capa delgada CCD y la cromatografía gaseosa CG, en cantidades de interés industrial y existiendo otros en menor cuantía.Downloads
