La sospecha clínica de la bronconeumonía. Revisión estadística

Abstract

Es frecuente observar en el acto necrópsico la presencia de lesiones bronconeumónicas sin que en las historias clínicas de esos casos se pueden obtener síntomas que traduzcan la presencia en vida de esa lesión histológica. Llamar la atención sobre esta disparidad anatomoclínica observada en los casos estudiados en un Hospital General es el objeto de este trabajo.
