Bases fisiológicas del entrenamiento a intervalos
Abstract
El entrenamiento físico usado para preparar al individuo, tanto en el deporte como en la actividad laboral, no es más que una serie de métodos de “lucha contra la fatiga”, a la que definiremos como “la imposibilidad de continuar realizando un esfuerzo físico determinado”. Las teorías antiguas sobre la causa de lafatiga se basaban en el concepto de que ésta se producía en el músculo, de ahí viene la terminología de “fatiga muscular” que seguimos utilizando, aunque no sea exacta; su uso proviene de que la experimentación sobre fatiga en el laboratorio, se hacía y se hace todavía, trabajando sobre músculo aislado, totalmente separado del organismo.Downloads
