Adenomiomatosis: una forma de colecistosis hiperplástica
Abstract
Desde hace aproximadamente unos cuatro años, venimos observando en el Hospital Clínico Quirúrgico, algunos casos de alteraciones morfológicas de la vesícula biliar, que no son debidas a litiasis y que el radiólogo informó como adenomiomatosis, habiéndonos preocu-pado desde entonces por estas afecciones no fundamentalmente litiásicas de la vesícula. Hemos recopilado una serie de dieciséis casos, diez de ellos, con comprobación quirúrgica y por tal mo-tivo, creemos oportuno hacer un comen-tario histórico de esta anormalidad, así como con respecto a su nomenclatura y factores etiológicos en discusión, des-cribiendo a continuación sus caracterís-ticas clínicas, radiológicas y anatomopatológicas, para que de este modo sea identificada esta entidad con más frecuencia por los compañeros médicos de nuestro país.Downloads
