Fiebre reumática en Camagüey. Un estudio de 56 casos
Abstract
Desde el punto de vista asistencial, la fiebre reumática —establecida como entidad clínica por Bouillaud hace 130 años— continúa siendo un complejo problema médico. Desde el punto de vista epidemio-lógico, un estudio sobre fiebre reumática en nuestro medio debe comenzar por el conocimiento de nuestros índices de inci-dencia, prevalencia y mortalidad.
