El complejo QR de Vi en pacientes mitrales
Abstract
Se presentan 4 casos de pacientes con valvulopatía mitral cuyos electrocardiogramas mostraban complejos QR en VI. Ninguno presentaba evidencia de crecimiento de aurícula derecha según las in-vestigaciones clínicas, radiológicas o anatómicas; ni datos hemodinámicos de sobrecarga de la aurícula derecha. Todo: en cambio, tenían importante crecimiento de la aurícula izquierda. Se señala como posible explicación de la existencia de complejos auriculares QR en VI, el crecimiento de aurícula izquierda, que al sobresalir por el perfil derecho de la silueta cardíaca, trasmite a VI potencial auricular izquierdo.Downloads
