Los efectos del cambio de nutrición sobre el peso y los lípidos sanguíneos en jóvenes adultos de origen rural

Abstract

Existen en Cuba condiciones excepcionales para hacer una investigación prospectiva en jóvenes adultos de ori gen rural, con bajas condiciones nutricionales anteriores y que ahora se encuentran estudiando en internados, siendo por tanto bien nutridos y fácilmente controlables. Aprovechando dichas condiciones hemos empezado un trabajo en un grupo de alumnos becados en algunas Escuelas Tecnológicas de Suelo y Fertilizantes.
