Consideraciones clinicorradiológicas sobre las úlceras postbulbares

Abstract

La úlcera postbulbar ha recibido reías tiva poca atención en la literatura mundial si la comparamos a la que han recibido las úlceras pépticas del estómago y bulbo duodenal. Aunque rara, no es excepcional. Ella pasa a menudo desapercibida porque sus características iconográficas son poco conocidas y sobre todo por una razón puramente radiológica: no se busca la posición favorable. Como su nombre lo indica, ella se encuentra situada sobre la porción del duodeno que sigue al bulbo, desde el vértice de éste hasta el ángulo de Treitz.
