Sobre un caso de quiste pancreático con vaciamiento espontáneo

Abstract

Al considerar la rareza de los quistes pancreáticos por retención con vaciamiento o desaparición espontánea, encontrados solamente en dos ocasiones por Mattoson y una por Payr según las últimas informaciones, creemos de interés tener la oportunidad de presentar un caso similar con el estudio clínico y radiológico que nos lia guiado hacia el diagnóstico.
