Inmunoecletroforesis
Abstract
La inmunoelectroforesis consiste en una electroforesis de las proteínas, donde la detección de éstas se basa en una in- munorreacción entre antígeno y anticuerpo del (carboxilos) y existe una mayor disociación de grupos básicos; la molécula de proteína se comporta como proteína carga negativa, así que la proteína migra como un anión hacia el polo positivo. Por el contrario, en un medio más ácido que el Punto isoeléctrico está disminuida la disociación de ácido.Downloads
