Sobre la etiología, la clínica y el tratamiento de la cirrosis hepática
Abstract
Durante los últimos 10 años hemos tratado 274 enfermos de cirrosis hepática: 196 hombres (70.08%) y 78 mujeres (29.92%). La mayoría de los enfermos (70%) tenían entre 40 y 70 años. En la etiología de la cirrosis hepática hemos encontrado hepatitis viral en el 74% de los casos, malaria en el 32%, etilismo en el 31%, déficits nutricionales en el 25%, enfermedades agudas o crónicas del aparato digestivo en el 18%.Downloads
