El electrocardiograma en la persistencia del conducto arterioso. Estudio pre y postoperatorio

Abstract

Tomando en cuenta que la hipertensión pulmonar en el ductus es función de las resistencias pulmonares y del flujo pulmonar  fundamentalmente, nos pareció de interés buscar los signos electrocardiográficos que nos permitieran establecer si la hipertensión pulmonar era por aumento del flujo pulmonar (hipertensión hiperdinámica) o por aumento de las resistencias pulmonares (hipertensión obstructiva) lo que evidentemente tendría utilidad práctica en la conducta quirúrgica a seguir frente a los ductus con gran hipertensión pulmonar. Con esta orientación realizamos el presente trabajo.
