Forma variante de la angina de pecho. Reporte de dos casos
Abstract
En 1959 Prinzmetal describió un síndrome clínico-electrocardiográfico que él llama “Variante de la Angina de Pecho” por presentar un cuadro clínico, una evolución y principalmente un patrón electrocardiográfico que se aparta en forma evidente del cuadro de la angina de pecho clásica. El síndrome clí- nico-electrocardiográfico se considera que debe ser aislado de las formas típicas del angor pectoris y a su vez de las formas clínicas poco comunes del infarto del miocardio ya sea el llamado síndrome intermedio del Blumgart Macter o el llamado infarto inminente.Downloads
