Consideraciones médicolegales sobré la práctica
Abstract
Como es propósito de este trabajo estudiar las implicaciones médico-legales de la mielografía en conexión con los accidentes del trabajo, que nos ha sido dable considerar a través de una diaria e intensa práctica ejercida en el control e inspección de la prestación asistencial de centenares de lesionados, hacemos previa advertencia de que el ámbito del asunto que trataremos es mucho menos amplio del que pudiera inferirse de su título, ya que nos limitaremos a la mielografía con aceites iodados o productos similares, y su apli-cación al diagnóstico y localización de las rupturas o hernias de discos intervertebrales, y con mayor limitación aun, a las hernias discales del segmento lumbosacro, las más corrientemente observadas y reportadas como accidentes del trabajo.Downloads
