Abstract

La poliquistosis hepática aislada del adulto es una enfermedad congenita autosomico dominante de los conductos biliares intrahepaticos, con una aparición muy rara. Es más frecuente en el sexo femenino. Se presenta el caso de un paciente masculino que ingresa con el diagnóstico de infarto agudo del miocardio, asintomatico desde el punto de vista abdominal y que se diagnostica esta enfermedad
