Evolución del vectocardiograma por el cierre quirúrgico de la comunicación interauricular
Abstract
Se estudia la evolución del VCG en 30 casos de comunicación interauricular, operados bajo hipotermia (18 casos) o con circulación extracorpórea (12 casos). Hubo 22 mujeres y 8 hombres, de 5 a 38 años, la mayoría de los cuales presentaba presión sistólica del ventrículo derecho inferior a 44 mm de Hg y gastos pulmonares que llegaban a más del doble del gasto sistémico.Downloads
