Paro Cardíaco y Resucitación

Abstract

Se presenta un caso de Paro Cardíaco, producido en una enferma presta a ser intervenida, después pérdida considerable de sangre, por heridas graves; en la cual se obtiene resucitación mediante masaje cardíaco directo al través del Tórax. Se menciona su evolución con evidencia de daños mentales recuperables. Se revisa brevemente el tratamiento y se recuerdan los factores etiológicos más frecuentes.
