Estudio de la sobrevivencia de los hematíes con Cr51 Experiencia de 5 años
Abstract
Los autores describen su experiencia de cinco años en el estudio de la sobre- Han revisado un total de 73 casos de distintas hemopatías, entre ellas la anemia hemolítica microesferocítica (Min- kowskyChauffard), sickle-cell anemia, otras anemias hemolíticas, anemias fe- vivencia de los GR utilizando Cr51 en forma de cromato sódico (Na2Cr5104). rripriva e hipoplasias medulares.
Sus hallazgos en cuanto al T50-Cr51 coinciden con los hallazgos de otros autores. Los autores exponen su opinión en cuanto a la doble población de hematíes observadas en algunas anemias.En forma de tablas y gráficos presentan el material estudiado de una manera clara y concisa. Finalmente indican la utilidad de la prueba en las distintas bemopatías.
