Fotogastroscopia
Abstract
Se estudian 6 casos de patología interesante gástrica, a lo6 cuales se les realiza gastroscopia con el fibrogas- troscopio F0-5004 Hirschowitz, realizándose fotografía intragástrica con una cámara Praktins F-X. 2. Se recomienda para una mejor técnica fotográfica con este fibroscopio utilizar una cámara PEN F. T. 3. Consideramos que la fotogastrosco- pia es de gran utilidad para el seguimiento evolutivo de la úlcera gástrica, así como para evidenciar lesiones no observadas radiológicamente por su localización y pequeñez. 4. Consideramos que la radiología debe acompañarse siempre del examen gastroscópico con fotografía intragástrica en los casos requeridos, constituyendo estos dos procedimientos un elevado índice de positividad diagnóstica frente a cualquier patología gástrica.Downloads
