Porfiria cutánea tardía
Abstract
Basamos el diagnóstico de porfiria cutánea tardía o porfiria crónica hepato- cutánea tarda, en la aparición de la enfermedad en la edad del paciente, 59 años, con historia anterior de insuficiencia hepática, por las manifestaciones clínicas a nivel de la piel, por la positividad de las pruebas de laboratorio : uroporfirina, coproporfirina y porfobilinógeno, así como, la aparición del brote después de la ingestión de compuestos sulfamidados y de la fotosensibilidad de la piel y formación de grandes ampollas y la evolución hacia la remisión de los síntomas cutáneos en un período corto de tiempo.Downloads
