Tratamiento de la diabetes insípida con clorpropamida Reporte de 9 casos
Abstract
Se revisan los resultados obtenidos con la clorpropamida en 9 pacientes portadores de diabetes insípida, sensible al pitresín y se comprueba: que en ciertos casos es posible que la clorpropamida pueda sustituir en igualdad de efecto al tanato de vasopresina en el tratamiento de la diabetes insípida, sensible al pitresín independientemente de su etiología, mientras que en otros no, sin que hallamos podido establecer diferencias entre ambos grupos, salvo él menor tiempo de evolución de la enfermedad en los orimeros: no hallamos relación entre la magnitud de la diuresis inicial y la respuesta al medicamento. Es necesario estar atentos a las complicaciones fundamentales de la hipoglicemia debido a la gravedad de las mismas.Downloads
