Carcinoma de endometrio. Su relación con la diabetes mellitus Estudio de 42 casos
Abstract
Se revisan las historias clínicas confeccionadas en un hospital maternoinfantil durante el período comprendido entre los años 1969 y 1972, pertenecientes a pacientes portadoras de carcinoma de endometrio. Se establece la correlación entre la presencia del carcinoma y la paridad, tipo de menopausia, edad y color de la piel. Se correlaciona además el resultado del examen físico y de los distintos procederes diagnósticos utilizados. Se investiga la asociación de diabetes mellitus y de hipertensión arterial. Se sugiere un trabajo prospectivo futuro, basado en los hallazgos.Downloads
