Cuadro clínico de la hepatitis crónica
Abstract
Se investigan los síntomas subjetivos y se realiza examen físico a 100 enfermos portadores de hepatitis crónica. Los síntomas más importantes hallados fueron la astenia, íctero y dolor en hipocondrio derecho. Al examen físico, la hepatomegalia firme es el dato de mayor interés en esta serie.Downloads
