Características epidemiológicas de la diabetes mellitus en un sector urbano de salud
Abstract
Se presentan los resultados del estudio- de un sector urbano de salud en La Habana metro, politana, constituido por 3 467 habitantes. Se determina que en los pacientes diabéticos conocidos y en la prueba positiva predominó el sexo femenino, las edades tardías y la obesidad fue un hecho sumamente frecuente. En este informe se señala además la frecuencia de otros criterios de alto riesgo de la diabetes, tales como historia familiar de diabetes, alteraciones do- la historia obstétrica, antecedentes de glucosuria o hiperglicemia transitoria y prueba de glucosuria posprandial positiva.Downloads
