Tumores espontáneos en roedores de laboratorio

Abstract

Se hace la descripción de 17 tumores espontáneos observados por 3 años en 148 ratones y 66 ratas. Entre ellos hubo 7 tumores mamarios, 3 linfosarcomas, 1 papiloma anal, 1 adenoma de las glándulas lagrimales, 1 carcinoma indiferenciado, 2 fibromas. 1 hemangioma esclerosante y 1 mesenquimoma maligno. En 14 casos se efectuó trasplante del tumor original, donde en los casos de fibrcadenoma mamario predominó la parte fibrosa. De interés especial es un caso de tumor mamario en rata con la característica microscópica de cytosarcoma phyllodes (fibroadenoma intracanalicular celular).
