Un método no cromatográfico para la determinación de dihidrotestosterona en plasma
Abstract
Se describe una tècnica no cromatogràfica para la determinación por radloinmunoensayo de dihidrotestosterona (DHT), en la cual se introduce un paso de oxidación que elimina la interferencia de la testosterona (T). El ensayo es validado y se determinan los valores normales para una población de hombres (0,82 — 3,56 nmol/l} y mujeres (0,33 — 1,13 nmol/l) sanos y fértiles. Se comparan los valores obtenidos con los informados en la literatura.Downloads
