Abstract
Se describe el caso del paciente como un panhipopituitarismo secundario a meningoencefalitis bacteriana. Se señalan las causas más frecuentes y las manifestaciones clínicas características de esta enfermedad. Los exámenes de laboratorio corroboraron el déficit pluriglandular secundario a un daño hipofisario no temporal.Downloads
