Hipoparatiroidismo después de la terapia con 131-1. Presentación de 1 caso
Abstract
Se presentan los resultados obtenidos en el estudio de una paciente, que fue tratada con l3H por bocio tóxico difuso. Se indica que después de la quinta dosis de iodo radiactivo, la paciente comienza a presentar síntomas que sugieren un daño de la función de las paratiroides. Se corrobora el diagnóstico de hipoparatiroidismo mediante la determinación del calcio plasmático. Se señala que el tratamiento sustitutivo dio resultados satisfactorios.Downloads
